YTL’s landed residences at the Sentosa Cove enclave called for a premium brand that encapsulates its unique waterfront location for the international real estate market. Inspired by Asia, the name Kasara is derived from the Sanskrit for lake.

The elegant visual graphics scheme referencing black bamboo, origami and elements of water and space to connote a high-end positioning for the marketing book.

IMMORTAL named each villa after a lake in Asia. Individual coffee-table books detailing the inspiration and construction process of the homes were created and presented to the owners. The colours on the covers is derived from shades of Asian spices.
